Aloha at it's finest! Stopped by on a Tuesday night with a small group of friends to eat, drink and dance under the stars. First, how to find this fun spot? It's on Kalakaua, in the heart of Waikiki but you have to take an elevator up to the top floor. It's a rooftop restaurant and bar with a firepit, 2 bars, table service kinds sorta, and a DJ spinning current music nightly. Did I mention it's free? Tuesday was a special HHour with tequilas I think? It's not cheap but its good. You may have a long wait at the bar for a drink so I ordered a double. Ha Ha. It's all ages until midnite I think? After that the vibe changes...more drinking and dancing, less eating. It gets alittle rowdy with tourists having too much fun. There's a line down the street to get in after midnite, just so you know... Great place to salsa whether you're a beginner or a pro. So glad I found this place and dancing under the stars is just, well, heavenly! I wish I'd remembered to take photos! SO pretty with the twinkly lights on all the umbrellas, but you got the idea right? Sweet!

So happy to see this place alive again!!! I've been here in the past for events as they have a great second floor including the outdoor rooftop area is just stunning for a casual atmosphere. The first floor is a bakery setting which you see as soon as you walk in and I came in this day to look for some bread which they were out of as I did come pretty late in the day though they still had quite an impressive selection to choose from I decided to pick up a few things for later. The staff there was friendly and helpful since this was my first time not knowing how to work their system and to pay there is a service counter to the right in which you can order drinks or other food items and enjoy them there as well. To be fair I haven't fully experienced what they have to offer here but I do love what I see so far and with a nice sized private parking lot does make it easy to swing by. Thank you!

The sign outside says, "we're back," so I think some will be very happy. The food is very flavorful, and the space is two floors with a huge rooftop deck. We were going to Lokahi across the street on King, and they were closed for a private event and noticed this spot was open. We walked in, and they had live music downstairs. We sat up on the deck. Mimosas and brunch for the win.

My friends and I recently met up at Rooftop Restaurant and Bar for happy hour. The two-story restaurant and bakery offers happy hour from 4pm to 7pm with $3 pints, $5 pitchers, and $5 drink specials of popular cocktails. The restaurant serves brunch and dinner with rooftop outdoor dining and bar area and indoor bakery and coffee. They are also available to host events and parties. Our service was great and the food we ordered was very delicious which was a nice surprise! The fried mandoo and poke nachos were both tasty and I think I could have eaten the entire plate of salmon and fried rice by myself! It was also nice to dine outside. If you check out their happy hour/dinner on the weekends, you'll be treated to live music.
